  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 2 slices Bacon
  • 50 g Cheddar Cheese
  • 30 ml Sour Cream
  • 1 stalks Green Onions
  • 0.5 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    Microwave potatoes 5 minutes until just cooked. Halve and scoop out most flesh.

    Brush skins with oil, air fry at 200°C for 8 minutes until crispy.
