  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast
  • 4 slices Prosciutto
  • 8 leaves Fresh Sage
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.3 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Lemon

Instructions

    Pound chicken to 1cm thickness. Season with pepper.

    Place 2-3 sage leaves on each breast, wrap tightly with prosciutto.

    Brush with olive oil.
