  • 150 g Crab Meat
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 0.5 whole Eggs
  • 15 g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 whole Lemon

Instructions

    Gently mix crab meat with mayo, mustard, egg, and half the panko. Be careful not to break up crab.

    Form into 4 patties and coat lightly with remaining panko.
